New from the Belgravia Group, Renelle on the River will offer a “single-family home experience” with an intimate, boutique feeling. However, this River North condo will also offer the luxuries of highrise living. It will house a fitness center with yoga room, private dog run, game room, private theatre, and both outdoor and indoor entertainment kitchens. 640 N. Wells

640 North Wells will house 251 River North apartments as well as 12,000 square feet of retail space. JDL’s 280 foot tower will take the place of kitschy 1950’s restaurant, Ed Debevic’s. 640 North Wells will have a multitude of unique draws. Firstly, 28 percent of units will have their own outdoor space. Units will be slightly larger than average for River North with slightly higher than average ceilings. The LEED Silver design will feature green rooftops and on-site storm water retention, reducing the runoff on Chicago’s combined sewer system. Additionally, the building will have a dog park with a dog day care.
