Canada based developer, Onni Group, has made a mark on Chicago’s luxury rental market in recent years, namely with their three phase project, Old Town Park. Phases one and two promised to deliver top tier quality, condo-grade rentals, integrated appliances, excellent closet and storage space, and state of the art, resort inspired amenities, unlike any other inventory on the market. They did not disappoint. Therefore, it is no surprise that both towers leased up fairly quickly due to high demand. Fortunately, tower three’s delivery is just around the corner, and we can expect the same level of quality Onni has become known for, in addition to a few other exciting bells and whistles.
Old Town Park Phase 3 ranks as Chicago’s 20th tallest building. Floor plans are a composition of convertibles, 1 beds, 2 beds, 3 beds, penthouses, and townhomes. Old Town Park 3 will also be offering Onni’s signature “flex” layouts, which include an additional fully enclosed den in addition to the number of bedrooms in a unit. With the spike in people working from home, the flex layouts have only grown in popularity at Onni’s other properties, like towers 1 and 2 as well as The Hudson in River North.
Each tower has its own amenities. The amenities in Tower 3 will include an outdoor heated pool with a hot tub, loungers, and daybeds, an indoor spa, steam room, sauna, and oversized jacuzzi, fully landscaped outdoor spaces with fire pits, BBQ stations, and grills, indoor and outdoor multi-sport courts, and a bocce court. Tower 3 will also have its own state of the art fitness center, a yoga and spin studio, and complementary classes, as well as co-working space and a conference room. Additionally, other year round amenities for entertaining include a 2-lane bowling alley, arcade games like ping pong and skee gal, a private dining room and chef’s demonstration kitchen, and the 26h floor covered terrace complete with fireplaces and an outdoor bar.
