Wolf Point East, a new luxury rental highrise designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli, broke ground in 2017. It will reach 60 stories housing 698 residential units, multiple amenity floors and a landscaped riverwalk. Nearly 3,500 square feet of retail space will also line the ground floor of this stunning, mixed-use tower.
Wolf Point East will stand tall next to its 48-story sister building, Wolf Point West, along the River Walk in River North. Prospective residents can expect floor-to-ceiling windows boasting incredible views and an equally as luxurious interior as Wolf Point West.

A third and final phase of the massive Wolf Point development is currently being dubbed ‘Wolf Point South’ that is expected to be the tallest of the three, rising at least 950 feet high. Though it might change, the Wolf Point South building could likely house office space, residences, and maybe even a hotel concept!
