Eggy’s Diner

Eggy’s is the neighborhood go-to spot for all day breakfast and baked goods but they also make great lunch and dinner dishes. Their rotating menu uses seasonal and local ingredients. A little known fact is that Eggy’s is actually named after the David Carlins’ (president of Magellan Development) childhood friend, Robert Mallin, who was nicknamed “Eggy”. Magellan Development is largely responsible for the development of the Lakeshore East neighborhood, so it seems fitting! Eggy’s is currently offering take out only. Check out their menu here.
