The DAC team had the pleasure of attending the grand opening for Loukas Development’s The Van Buren, one of the West Loop’s newest luxury high-rises. The event, hosted by CS Modern Luxury, included tours of the artfully styled model units, a ramen bar, and a friendly crowd eager to check out the development.
