HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SIGN FOR AN APARTMENT?

That is an important question. Pricing and availability of apartments changes daily. There can be huge swings in prices over a very short period of time. Sometimes the best move is to wait for prices to go down, while sometimes the best move is to seize a special promotion immediately. This is another important reason to retain our services.
