2019 was a busy year for both residential and commercial development in West Loop. The residential inventory went above and beyond in terms of visionary design and creative amenities. These four West Loop apartment buildings stole the show with their lease ups this past year.

The Mason
The Mason opened its doors in spring of 2019 and filled up quickly. Residents love the unique design and trendy accents throughout the building. Black matte appliances and distressed kitchen backsplashes against white tile, quartz countertops, and wide plank grey flooring give apartments an elevated twist on the standard black, white, and grey palette. No detail was spared, especially in terms of lighting. From the street outside, you’ll notice the eye catching multi-tiered chandelier that hovers above what feels like most of the room next to the lobby. The Edison bulb pendant lighting hangs above kitchen islands and the frameless bathroom mirrors are complete with excellent built in lighting around the perimeter.
Milieu
Milieu residents first moved in September 3rd of 2019.
