808 N Cleveland is a new luxury apartment building in River North. Upon completion, it is expected to have 200 rental units and 27,000 square feet of commercial space.

172 of the rental units will be studio, 1 bed, and 2 bed plus den units to be leased out as standard units. The other 28, however, will be 3 and 4 bedroom co-living apartments leased out by the individual bedroom, which is estimated to save renters about 25% from the cost of a comparable studio.
808 N Cleveland will also offer 18,500 square feet of amenity space. Amenities are expected to include a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, co-working space, a game room, a party room, an arts and crafts room, a dog run, and a pet spa as well as 99 parking spaces.
The area immediately surrounding 808 N Cleveland has grown in popularity over the last five years. Residents enjoy that this western portion of River North is slightly more residential feeling than a few blocks further east with Montgomery Ward Park, quiet segments of the river, and single family homes lining the neighboring blocks. The Groupon office headquarters and popular Bian wellness club are just one block away. Fulton Market and River West are just a few blocks further west, making this stretch of Chicago Avenue truly a central location.
