Chicago’s near West Loop neighborhood getting its largest tower yet – One South Halsted! Also known as 727 West Madison, 1 South Halsted is nestled off the Kennedy Expressway in the heart of Greektown. The building is a modern addition to a neighborhood with predominantly classic architecture. The 44-story cylindrical tower is being brought to us from co-developers Fifield Company and F&F Realty with designs from FitzGerald Associates Architects.
One South Halsted will house a total of 492 rental units, nearly 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and tons of indoor parking. With its glassy façade, future residents can expect breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows framing the iconic Chicago skyline. A view that can’t be beat, day or night!
Though plans are fairly new, One South Halsted will be a high amenity development. A business center, pool, state-of-the-art fitness club, and banquet hall will give residents everything they need and more in their own home. Unique to this iconic building is the 400-room hotel adjacent to the tower – providing renters the benefits of hotel services such as housekeeping and room service, to your residential front door!
The near West Loop is a thriving, highly frequented neighborhood hugging downtowns west side. With delicious restaurants lining Chicago’s renowned restaurant row on Randolph Street, be sure to check out Nellcôte, Mad Social and Bar Siena for some of the best eats in the city!
The West Loop takes the urban dweller outside of the hustle and bustle of the Loop with its eclectic architectural character, shorter buildings and neighborhood charm. You could live in the most iconic tower of this neighborhood! As a sure standout, this tower meets everything you could want. Be sure to keep a close eye on this breathtaking beauty!
