Porte: New West Loop Apartments

Friday, March 6th, 2020

Porte is a new set of  luxury apartment towers in the West Loop at the corner of Madison and Green. The units will be a composition of studio, 1, 2, and 3 bed apartments, as well as town home apartments, each with it’s own private ground level entrance. The townhomes at Porte will surround the parking garage, concealing it from the street. The 586 unit rental project will begin pre-leasing this spring and is being developed by The John Buck Company, Lendlease, GREC Architects, and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation.
