The Minte

The Minte offers hotel-style housekeeping (as well as deep cleans) in managed residential high rises. Each building has designated, on-site housekeepers which allows for same day booking. For a starting price of around $35, the hotel style housekeeping service will make your bed, load the dishwasher, sweep, wipe countertops, and clean bathrooms. The best part? Your housekeeper will leave a mint chocolate on your pillow, making it feel truly like hotel style housekeeping. Request service via The Minte app, the in-home service request button, or online. Pear Chef

Pear Chef is an on-site private chef service that is available in luxury apartment buildings Sunday through Thursday evenings. Each meal is made fresh upon order and delivered directly to your door with no delivery fee. The menu, which includes appetizers, entrees, sides, desserts, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, changes weekly. Check out the calendar for cooking classes, too!

Tide Cleaners

Tide Cleaners is a valet dry-cleaning service which also offers wash and fold service and alterations. Tide installs pin-pad access lockers in the lobby of each residential building they partner with so residents can put their items in a locker and request service through the Tide Cleaners app. Items will be returned to a locker in the resident’s building with an access code, typically with a 2-3 business day turnaround time.
