Tuesday, January 21st, 2020

A record breaking 430 restaurants, 16 of which are in South Loop, will offer special prix fixe menus during Chicago’s annual Restaurant Week, from January 24th to February 6th. Here’s where to dine during Restaurant Week in the South Loop.

CheSa’s at the Bureau Bar & Restaurant

724 W. Maxwell St

CheSa’s at the Bureau, in the heart of University Village, stands out on the list because of it’s dietary restriction friendly menu and kitchen. Whether you’re looking for vegan, vegetarian, nut allergy or gluten free options, all are served up in the allergy friendly kitchen at CheSa’s. (Of course, be sure to check with your server if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies). The $24 brunch menu includes an omelette bar, chicken and waffle station, fruit and pastries, shrimp and grits bar, and other southern favorites like collard greens, buttermilk biscuits, and country sausage gravy. The $48 three course dinner menu includes modern twists on classic southern meat, fish, and pasta dishes.
