Atrium Village: Phase 2
New construction alert! With the first of three towers nearly ready for move-in, the second phase of Atrium Village is already underway! With receiving the all clear to start construction, phase 2 is breaking ground! The second tower will rise 39-stories above the bustling Wells and Division Old Town intersection.
The captivating tower will house 428 residential units on top of a six-story podium, which will contain an indoor parking garage as well as ground level retail space.
The major Atrium Village re-vamp is well underway. Developed by Onni Group, the second tower is going to feature impeccable, state-of-the-art finishes and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. Designed by Chicago’s Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, this building will be sure stand out.
The Atrium Village overhaul will end up bringing a total of three brand new, luxurious towers to the Old Town neighborhood. The area will include top of the line amenities and a perfectly sculptured green space connecting all three towers for residents and guests alike to enjoy.
