Onni Fulton Market, located at 354 N Union Ave, is slated for completion in the next few months. Upon delivery, it will offer 373 luxury pet friendly apartments with floor plans including studio, one, two, and three bedroom layouts. Onni is known in the Chicago market for having extremely high quality inventory with condo grade finishes, spa inspired amenities, thoughtful use of space, and exceptional professional management. The apartments at Onni Fulton Market are expected to have natural stone and integrated Fulgor Milano appliances in the kitchens.

56 of the luxury units at Onni Fulton Market will be operated by Onni subsidiary, Level Hotels & Furnished Suites, which offers both nightly and furnished extended stay rentals.
The development was designed to make all forms of transit convenient, with 145 parking spaces, 116 bike parking spots, the CTA green, blue (to O’Hare airport), and pink line trains all within a 5-7 minute walk, the highway entrance a few blocks away, and the Metra and Amtrak trains at Union and Ogilvie Stations just a few blocks away as well. This new high rise will also be less than a block from the main popular strip of the Fulton Market nightlife area.
Whole Foods, Mariano’s, and Walgreens are all within a few minute walk and Jewel Osco grocery store is less than a 1 minute walk!
